Windows 8.1 RTM

Microsoft has announced that the free Windows 8.1 update for Windows 8 users has reached RTM, which means it has been finalized and is now being released to manufacturers. However, it will not be officially available to the public, nor to Technet or MSDN users, until 18 October 2013.

Nvidia has released the 326.80 Beta graphics driver. This driver is for GeForce 8 and higher graphics cards under Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8. It is the recommended driver for Splinter Cell: Blacklist, as well as providing bug fixes. The driver package also contains the 9.13.0725 PhysX drivers.
