Windows 10 Anniversary Update

Microsoft has confirmed that the next major update for Windows 10, dubbed the Anniversary Update, will be released on 2 August 2016. It contains a range of new features and changes, as detailed in the link above, and will be free for all Windows 10 users.
AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.6.2

AMD has released the Crimson Edition 16.6.2 driver for the HD 7700, HD 8500 series and above on Windows 7, 8.1 and 10. This driver adds support for the Radeon RX480, adds new features including Radeon WattMan, CrossFire Toggle, HDMI scaling, and Color Temperature options, provides a new CrossFire profile for World of Tanks, as well as a range of bug fixes.

Windows 10 Upgrade Prompt Revised

There are reports that Microsoft is finally backing down and tacitly acknowledging the deceptive nature of its 'Get Windows 10' upgrade prompt. MS says it will revise the prompt this week to display a clear "Decline free offer" option, and also return the red X at the top right corner of the prompt to its normal function.

A new Version 5.19.5633 of the free CCleaner system cleaning utility has been released. Changes include improvements to Chrome and Firefox cleaning, improved Windows 10 MRU cache cleaning, as well as minor improvements and bug fixes.

Nvidia has released the 368.51 Hotfix graphics driver. This driver is for the GeForce 400 series and above under Windows 8.1 and 10. It fixes occasional desktop flicker when launching games on high refresh rate monitors.

Adobe has released Version 22.0.0.192 of the Flash Player plugin for browsers. To download the full offline installer, use these links depending upon your browser: Internet Explorer or Firefox or Opera. Use Windows Update to update the built-in Flash Player in IE11 under Windows 8 and 10, and Edge under Windows 10. Update to the latest version of Chrome to update its built-in Flash Player.

Nvidia has released the 368.39 WHQL certified graphics driver. This driver is for GeForce 400 and higher graphics cards under Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 10. It adds support for the new GTX 1070 GPU, and new GTX 1080 and 1070 VRWorks features including Lens Matched Shading and Single Pass Stereo. It is also the recommended driver for Mirror's Edge Catalyst and Edge of Nowhere. The driver package contains PhysX version 9.16.0318 and GeForce Experience version 2.11.3.
