Nvidia has released the 9.12.0213 PhysX drivers. These are newer than the PhysX version included in the latest 295.73 WHQL graphics drivers.

Nvidia Forceware 295.73

Nvidia has released the 295.73 WHQL certified driver. This driver is for GeForce 6 and higher desktop cards. It contains significant performance improvements for Skyrim, as well as Mass Effect 3 SLI. Ambient Occlusion support is improved for Skyrim, and added for COD:MW3 and Diablo III. The SLI and 3D Vision profiles are updated, as is the HD Audio driver, and there are various bug fixes. The driver package also updates the PhysX drivers to version 9.12.0209.

Bethesda has released several new features for Skyrim. Of greatest significance to most players is the free High Resolution Texture Pack. You can now also download and update Skyrim mods directly through the Steam Workshop. Finally, modders can now use the free Skyrim Creation Kit to create detailed mods.
