Mozilla has released Version 46.0 of the Firefox browser. The most significant changes in this update are improved JavaScript security and WebRTC improvements, along with general security and bug fixes.



CCleaner 5.17

A new Version 5.17.5590 of the free CCleaner system cleaning utility has been released. Changes include improvements to Firefox cleaning, Chrome Extension management and Windows app uninstallation, optimized Start-up item and Browser Plugin detection, as well as minor improvements and bug fixes.



AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.4.2

AMD has released the Crimson Edition 16.4.2 driver for the HD 7700, HD 8500 series and above on Windows 7, 8.1 and 10. This driver updates or adds CrossFire profiles for Elite Dangerous and Need for Speed, supports Xconnect for Thunderbolt 3 eGFX enclosures configured with Radeon R9 Fury, Nano or 300 Series GPUs, and provides bug fixes.

Nvidia has released the 364.96 Hotfix graphics driver. This driver is for the GeForce 400 series and above under Windows 7, 8 and 10. It provides support for the Doom Open Beta.

Microsoft has released its monthly set of Windows security updates which you can view here and obtain via Windows Update. This includes a cumulative update for Windows 10, with the changes noted here. Note: KB2952664, KB2976978, KB2977759, and KB3035583 are all Windows 10 upgrade related.

Flash Player 21.0

Adobe has released Version 21.0.0.213 of the Flash Player plugin for browsers. To download the full offline installer, use these links depending upon your browser: Internet Explorer or Firefox or Opera. Use Windows Update to update the built-in Flash Player in IE11 under Windows 8 and 10, and Edge under Windows 10. Update to the latest version of Chrome to update its built-in Flash Player.



Skype 7.22

AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.4.1

AMD has released the Crimson Edition 16.4.1 driver for the HD 7700, HD 8500 series and above on Windows 7, 8.1 and 10. This driver improves performance in Quantum Break on the R9 Fury X, and fixes frame rate capping issues in DX12 as well as flickering in Hitman DX11 when using high shadow settings.
